Founded 17 years ago as a direct marketing and event management agency, Benedict is a team of dedicated professionals. Our diverse skills, linked with our award-winning partner organisations, enable us to deliver every aspect of the conference or event management process. Whilst not making a secret of the fact that Benedict is a small company, we enjoy a valuable legacy from our years of experience in providing first class services to our varied clientele. We thrive on the excitement every new project brings, thoroughly enjoying our work and we are quite prepared to "roll up our sleeves".

Clients may employ the Benedict team to co-ordinate the complete event management process or we can work in partnership to deliver the required elements. We are as visible as you would like us to be!

To ensure total continuity throughout a project, our clients are introduced to all relevant members who will work with them from the initial contact through to post event and beyond if required.

For every event we prepare detailed working documents, including timetables for mutual agreement. These provide invaluable on-going information for all involved and the ability to constantly monitor progress. Our attention to detail is the key to the success of our events, and a major factor in our gaining so much repeat business. Well prepared is half won!

Whilst recommending sufficient planning time, we are also well versed with supporting clients with the organisation of a conference or event in very short time scales.
